Theresa Fritz was raised in Brooklyn, New York and received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree, in Political Science and Philosophy, from Binghamton University, after attending a Fine Arts program. She received her law degree from UCLA School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in California in 1988.
Ms. Fritz is bi-lingual - English/Spanish. She has extensive experience in Labor & Employment law, including counseling clients regarding preventative measures, regulation compliance, business organizational planning and start-up. She advocates for her clients before government agencies and represents them before State & Federal Courts in litigation matters as well as Mediations and Arbitrations. Ms. Fritz' Fine Arts background allows for a unique insight into Arts related matters and Artist and Gallery representation.
Ms. Fritz is an active member of the community. She is currently a Board Trustee for the Sonoma County Museum and on the Advisory Board for the Sonoma County Repertory Theatre. Her past service has included: Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Santa Rosa" (LSR VII), founding Board of Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, mentor in the SRJC Puente Program, past President of the Board of Directors of the Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County, and LBC Board Member. Ms. Fritz is a member of PASCO, Women in Law, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Sonoma County, the California Bar Association and Sonoma County Bar Association.

William Fritz is originally from Illinois and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with honors, with a thesis on Ancient Roman legal history. After a year of graduate business studies at Arizona State University, Mr. Fritz earned his law degree from UCLA School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1987.
The emphasis of Mr. Fritz's law practice is Business Law, both Transactional and Litigation, Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts and Probate), Unfair Competition, Construction Law, Real Estate, and General Civil Litigation. His trial and jury trial experience provides clients with the full range of options in pursuing their claims.
Mr. Fritz has represented clients in numerous Mediations, Arbitrations and civil trials and continues to do so throughout the Bay Area. He has served as a Small Claims Court Judge in Sonoma County and continues to serve as a discovery facilitator for the local Superior Court and as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Fee Arbitrator for the Sonoma County Bar Association. His civic involvement includes having served on the Board of Directors for the North Bay Regional Center, past president of the Young Lawyers Association, tutor at the Burbank Elementary School and serving on the Vestry for the Church of the Incarnation. Mr. Fritz is a member of the California Bar Association and Sonoma County Bar Association.
